The intro didnt ever come into play in the movie. And also they undo the entire story with a wish at the end. Just horrible story telling. Literally the worst attempt at a story in the past 10 years.

Movement and gunplay in multiplayer is awkward and clunky. Hard to even play. Scorestreaks set up where theres constant spy planes and counter spy planes so it forces you to use ghost, but all the best perks are in the perk 3 group so you dont get to use anything else. Maps are boxes and boring. Honestly, least favorite COD out there.
