This was an awesome movie showing how strong the Black Americans had to be back in those years the way they were treated. I don't understand why things are no better today for our Black Brothers and Sisters. They are no different than white people except for there for the color of their skin

Usually I don't watch movies with Melissa Mccarthy in them, but this movie was awesome. Other movies they have her swearing so much it is unpleasant. She is a better person than that. Please give her more parts like this. 💞💚Melissa Mccarthy

This was absolutely beautiful and we are at sometime going watch it again. We are going to try and get a copy of it.

I have always been interested in this part of History. It really distresses and shocks me how some people can treat others in such a horrific way. Even today there are people who feel some people's are NOT as good, as smart or are NOT the right color!!! I am not and never have been a prejudice person and it hurts 💔 me to see others treated or even killed because some people don't like their kind.
