The reviews are so rigged and fake. Almost 80% of the reviews in here are paid. I mean some people are appreciating the story and the acting which is fine. But some people are calling it "visual masterpiece". Seriously guys anyone who saw this movie know how terrible the VFX are. Everyone in theatre were laughing right from the start (raavan & brahmaji sequence). Even Indian soaps have better VFX then Adipurush. This movie is a scam in all. The budget numbers and the exploiting of Hindu sentiments is totally unacceptable. Om raut and his team should know this. Next time you make a movie, focus on the quality instead of making joke of religious sentiments.

Just saw the movie today. First of all the pros 1.Deepak Dobriyal as Ashwathama was a really good casting choice. Is easily comparable to Arjun Das's character Anbu. 2. Tabu as always played her role perfectly. Her story is written a bit different from Narain's Bejoy in kaithi. 3. Bg music is chilling🔥 4. Good to see Duryodhan on screen Now the cons which is a lot actually. 1.Ajay Devgan's character is written way over the top. He is that person "jo urti huwi makkhi ko dekhkar bol de ki woh janana hai yaa mardana" 2. Classic Bollywood love story angle which is presented for what reason I have no idea. There's not a single dialogue delivery. Dilli's best part was his backstory which is kept hidden but here we have it all over the place. 3. Kamatchi, Napolean, Adaikalam was all better written characters then what we got in this movie. 4. Except the final trishool scene which was fabulous, the action choreography were hilarious. Kaithi had way better action sequences with less physics defying stunts then bholaa for sure. 5. What's with the sasta vfx t-800 cameo in the end!😂😂😂

Story is predictable when you see the trailer but the way they build up the suspense is really good. Acting was great from everyone specially the mother. The ending has a great twist and I love it. Overall a good watch.

Must watch!!!! Strong acting, emotional, comic timings are great. And a strong message to our current generation and society.

Don't know why people are bashing it but it's a fun watch, absolutely entertaining. Some really good comic timings and acting was not bad either. Music is pretty good too.

Absolutely boring, no wonder why this movie has such low ratings. Even brilliant casts like Thalaivaa, Keerthy Suresh or Nayanthara or Prakash Raj could not save this mess of a movie. Let's start with it's cons 1) 1st half was cringy at moments and boring all the time. Love angle feels forced and not necessary for the plot at all. 2) The odd bgm that kicks in every 5 seconds makes your ear bleed. 3) Intriguing 2nd half ruined by lack of a smart antagonist. I mean there's 2 of them but neither feels like a match to the protagonist's presence, which I definitely felt in Petta and Darbaar 4) Keerthy Suresh ka kya role thaa isme bhai? At 1st half she was smiling and at the 2nd half she was crying. Even the film ends with her crying. Now Pros 1)Mass bgm was great, music is good as well. Whenever the mass bgm kicks in during a fight you'll definitely feel that rush of adrenaline. (Which later gets ruined by that odd 'tananana' music). 2) Big fan of Thalaivaa, dekhna toh banta hai. Conclusion is it's a very below average movie, cinephiles will be greatly disappointed so as massy lovers cause it's boring. Kabali, kaala, petta, Darbar were absolute mass entertainers but this is just some half baked script turned into a movie.
