Read the book, why they keep churning out adaptations that barely resemble the original I'm baffled. Very well acted and with a sinister feel, under a different title I would be impressed. But using Christie's name to get viewers by false pretences I object. Obviously new writers etc want to make their mark, and I'm aware it's a fine line between stagnant writing and new and exciting versions but monkeying around with the storyline in this manner lacks respect. View it without the chip on the shoulder that I'm carrying and I'm sure it will be an enjoyable 2 hours.

Wow! If you have faith in Hollywood script writers, this is not the film for you. It is mean spirited in the extreme, female characters and male are hideous people. There are a few not as dreadful characters as the rest but their actions can not redeem this awful film. Becky, Regan, Jenna and Katie are "friends" and I say that with the most vagueness possible. Becky is getting married, the other three are jealous as the fiance is apparently above her league because she's fat. As personality and intelligence don't matter. So the night before the wedding, of course, after a disastrous pre-party the three hags ruin Becky's dress and spend the evening charging around a strip club dropping it in rubbish, stepping on it and bleeding on it. It's classy stuff. Jenna, her ex calls her Jenny is the one I can almost understand, and 1% of me roots for her. Out of the men Joe seems to be the only one with morals, strangely he thinks date rape is not a good thing, gosh! Do not watch this, truly, you owe it to yourself not to watch this
