This show is flat out funny. Slapstick and quirky characters and great dialogue with a perfect, talented cast and great writing and production. They play off each other so well. It moves quickly which is good. I look at it as kinda a spoof on city government. But most of all, it makes me laugh and that's plenty. I don't need to watch anything too complicated to have a good time. I hope to see many more episodes!
