A provocatively well written and documented assessment of the impact of IQ differences among individuals and how the successful mining of intellectually gifted individuals by academic institutions combined with rapid technological advancements that offer great financial reward for intellectual ability will lead to ever increasing segregation of society into an elite class separate from the rest of the population. This elite class will primarily interact, congregate, reside and intermarry amongst themselves.
