I'd say people are looking for too much when they are supposed to be having a good time in the cinemas. One thing I tell people is that these comics we have read during our childhood have many flaws based on the fact that they never thought there would be a way to make them into movies in the future. So, many stories where told, many endgame were made, but the truth is when you are watching a movie adaptation of your favorite comics please don't come with all your comic expectations because it will ruin the experience. I don't watch movies based on watch critics say because I too have an opinion of my own to give. They have rated many wonderful movies low and make people miss wonderful movie moments. Dark phoenix entertained me from start to finish because I left the comic behind and want to see what they have to offer. They did a great job putting all that together. I give the movie a 9/10 because it was a good ride.
