Loved the show when it first aired over here in Ireland, we got a few seasons before it disappeared off the network that was carrying it unfortunately so we didn't get to see the full run. Condolences to the family for the loss of their son.

A fantastic movie made at a time when the apocalypse was a serious threat during the Cold War. Very prescient of what the world has gone through in the past year with COVID. Thankfully we haven't had as bad a go of it. I would definitely like to see the original Japanese version with subtitles and I would like to read an English version of the original novel.
