For some reason this feels like a Tarantino movie on dope. A lot of gore and violence, but the movie is fast paced throughout, well almost. This was a surprise suggestion on Netflix, and I am glad that I watched it.

Veronica is a good movie provided you don’t watch it as a scary movie. Despite the hype I watched it only because it came from the creators of Rec and I personally was pretty scared watching that film. In Veronica for the first hour, you are wondering what is making people stop watching this movie halfway. I think partly because it’s boring. Nothing much happens. The nun that they show in the poster is actually a cool nun that smokes and all. I was about to go to sleep at around 1 hour mark but then the ghosts show up. They might not scare you, but they are enough to keep you up till the end. So my verdict is that you watch it, but without all the hype in mind.
