Michaela Coel continuously shows her range as an actress, writer, director and artist. This series pushes boundaries and makes the viewer see things that ordinarily people would turn away from. She is a true storyteller. She tells the stories people need to hear.

I've seen a few negative comments. They are mostly attempts to sounds cerebral in a day and age when people feel some egotistical need to be "different" from the pack. I, however, feel like so many others...it was thrilling to see the continuing story. The crybabies will whine about it not being the same. Well life changes and people change. So this is a great way to see a man twenty years later still holding true to who he is. And that is golden story telling people. I am excited to see what story Sir Patrick and Co. have put so much effort into telling. This is Star Trek...evolved. Resistance is still futile.
