A reflective account of a man’s life that is tragic and remarkable at the same time. A Little Life will leave you with unanswerable questions and an ache that is hard to find a suitable reason to exist. Four University friends lives explore unity, race, healing and trauma together and alone. An also ran of Man Booker Finalists that could easily have stole the coveted title. Hanya is a veritable talent and I hope to see many more books from her pen.
