I love the show but the er nurse supervisor position is a total joke, she would have been fired from all hospitals. The er nurse supervisor gives assignments to nurses only not doctors. The attending physicians assigns the residents or interns the er nursing supervisor does not have that much clout. The writers need to be more realistic with the duties of the position.
