Brilliantly funny, excellent cast, especially Timothy Spall as the eternally confused and bumbling aristocrat Lord Emsworth, which he manages to infuse with some W.C. Field-esque characteristics as well as the mannerisms that originally come from P.G. Wodehouse's writing; and Jennifer Saunders as his domineering sister; Mark Williams plays their butler Beach in the first season (before going off to do Father Brown, another great British series with an excellent cast); full of other great British character actors, with very funny writing that adapts P.G. Wodehouse's funny stories about the Blandings as well as Clive Exton did with "Jeeves and Wooster" (staring Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie) back in the 1990's. Highly recommended and definitely laugh-out loud funny!
