Honestly, a decent storyline and a genuinely haunting film. I have not been able to let myself watch it for at least 13 years because of the effect it had on my whole family. None of us, including my parents turned any lights off for months. Watching it as an adult is not as intense (probably because commercial breaks) but still some chills and frights all the way.
