Tsukire

It was my first time watching Makoto Shinkai's film and let me tell you, it's worth a watch. Many says the first one is better, but I've never seen it so I couldn't tell. The animation is very smooth, I could imagine the budget on this one, even by looking at the art style and graphics. The sound fx is the part I adore the most. It managed to capture my attention and make me feel like I'm Hodaka, the main character. The music touches into my deepest soul. That one little piano key being played sincerely makes me emotional. The plot, before saying anything, I just want to say I'm not a fan of fantasies, but this one is an exception. The fantasy concept was well executed and not over exaggerated. I cried at the climax. No lies. You know, instead of reading reviews, just watch it and experience it yourself. You'll have a blast.
