So this is a show about singing - unfortunately, this year in particular, the strongest singers didn't get the votes needed to stay. I can only think that part of the issue was the spelling of names and associated issues with votes not counting on Twitter due to spelling when determining the final four. Certainly, NBC can come up with a better system - numerical or something else that doesn't rely on folks being able to spell correctly. We like the premise of the show, but those of us on the West Coast don't get to participate equally.
