As it says Heartfullness is non religious... it says no religious connotation , explicitly it should say nothing related to Christianity/Islam and other abrahmic religions .. it has full content length and breath of Hinduism/Indian religious core thoughts i.e Concentrating on "I" , "Self/self" Understanding acts of "Mind" etc... I would really love everybody should watch ACHARYA PRASHANT to understand in depth of Vedanta and other Indian philosophy.. .. All these Meditation technics not more than just calming of mind and working on mind/consciousness.. that too not in full fledge manner ( because if its full fledge manner then it needs to look in depth to self and enjoyments / wrongs )
