I find myself amazed at the critic reviews stating it's a terrible movie... I've learnt not to listen to the reviews and glad I did. This movie isn't Oscar performance level but it is definitely an entertaining watch with a twist. It is not the most historically accurate but then there has been lots of robin hood's made in the past that have demonstrated this, the start of the movie even says so - what's the point following the norm huh! What it does do is still follow what Robin Hood stands for, fight for what you believe in and what is just. The story has a modern take on medieval times, follows the wonderful love story of the original with Marion being equally as much an outlaw as Robin. Taron brings his charm to the film together with a great cast creating great choreographed actions scenes and giving the story a new lease of life. Grab some pop corn and enjoy the action movie with an unexpected storyline.
