Victor Hughes (GorillaFace)

As a die-hard Metroid fan, I'm a bit biased, but also critical of any new entries in the series. This game is an easy 10/10 for me. The way Samus moves so quick, but so smoothly through the environment while executing melee attacks and counter moves is amazing. Improvements to the map make navigation and finding items much easier, without being too easy for veterans of the series. Some of the most satisfying boss fights in the franchise to date. Great sound design and music. A story that's intriguing, but not overbearing. Buy this game!
