This movie just seemed to be a weak attempt at making a borderline parody film. There is an attempt to have an interesting play on the sci-fi genre with comedic stereotypes and off the top humour. It can be a dumpster fire at times. Honestly ends up being cringe worth at times rather than being genuinely funny. There are moments in films where they are purposely so bad that they're good. This isn't it chief. The characters are awkward and hard to watch at times. The stereo typical black kid for comic relief was done terribly. I get it was meant to be ironic and over the top, but it could have been done more tastefully and wasn't. The whole movie can be described like that to be honest. It was meant to be funny in a certain type of way and wasn't . It could have been done more tastefully and wasn't Watch it while your high or something. You may get a few laughs out of it.
