I loved this book. It helped me to kickstart losing weight when I was younger and so I am trying it again. The diet was easy to follow and I had more success with this than any other diet I tried. I remember I lost 7 lbs. the first week and I have never done that with any other diet. Now that I am very overweight I want to try it again. My lifestyle is more relaxed so I am thinking it will b easier to follow. This diet has a very unique style and it is so easy to follow with very little effort. If anyone is having trouble getting started this is a good approach to feeling successful. Each day of the diet builds on itself. I think it shocks the body into getting serious about losing weight. If you have tried other diets with no success like I did I am sure this will work for you. It is worth a try and is a healthy way to get back on track. I am looking forward to success again and it should be easier since I have more weight to lose being twice my original size.
