I was really excited to see this...but what a huge letdown. Some of the finest actresses of today are bogged down by this borefest. The characters here can neither read nor write...yet speak beautifully and are very intelligent. This does not support their isolation from society that is portrayed here. I couldn't get through more than 30 minutes of it. Yes, an aptly titled film that might be more successful as a stage play. Women talking...and doing not much else. A huge disappointment.

Not one bit of joy or fun here. Lucille Ball was incandescent on or off camera...this missed the mark by 100 miles and is an unforgivable insult to the genius talents that created this iconic tv series. Shame on you, Aaron Sorkin. 😪😪😪😪😪😪

Oooh boy...stinker! Tom Cruise is no actor and he continues to prove it here. Movie star, yes. Actor...nope. Just nope. Russell Crowe sure must have needed the check. How could Universal have thought this had "hit" written all over it? Special effects were at times impressive. I really wanted to like this, but it was just flat.
