This is a very well portrayed drama without the horrendous murders being portrayed graphically. I thought I would find it extremely difficult to watch, and at times I do. The reason why? I was actually in Leeds studying whilst the Yorkshire Ripper was being hunted. He attacked 3 times in 1980 in Leeds, two attacks were not reported to media and Jacqueline Hill was the last victim. She lived 2 streets away from where I had a bedsit. It was a terrifying time, and my father insisted that I left Leeds and travelled which I did. I will never forget what happened to the victims. RIP

Recommend this film for its feel good factor, lessons in life. It is a comedy, with a bit of romance, a story lining which shows the moral in life is to take part, be brave in what you do etc. Woody Harrelson is a great actor, remember him so well in "Cheers". It is a story of a Basketball Coach who is not getting recognised by the Manager for his strategy basket ball training. He is obsessed by the game, not allowing himself to get close to anyone. On a drinking session he drives into a Police vehicle and is sentenced to Community Services. He is assigned to training a basketball team of various learning and disability kids (one being a hardheaded girl). It is funny, witty, sensitive, powerful, and most of all engaging. It shows the Coach changing, and he finds love in a round about way. This film shows the humanitarian side of life, ignorance and arrogance towards kids with various learning difficulties, humour and dark side of life. It is one of the best films I have seen for a while.

I can remember going to the Cinema to see The Duchess, and ever since it has appeared on TV, I have watched it numerous times. I find it fascinating that Georgina was a woman ahead of her time, but trapped in a emancipated way of life of aristocracy. It reminds me of Lady Diana of the Spencer family having to follow the same rigid court life, hence her unhappiness. The Duchess of Devonshire`s is Lady Diana`s gt,gt,gt, aunt. Whilst Duchess of Devonshire also had Eliza Courtney by Charles Grey, their common ancestor is Lady Sarah Ferguson, making Diana and Sarah 4th cousins. Watch this film, it has marvellous costumes, film sets of the stately homes, historic, etc. I will watch it again.

This is a personal documentary which I think was very brave of Kate and Derek to allow cameras in their home to show the ups and downs of caring for Derek. Being a carer for my elderly mother, and doing it without much support, I could understand to some degree the hard work and love needed to help a loving member of the family. I will admit I was quite tearful. Kate said about Derek waking up every morning in the situation he is, after being an active Adviser, Journalist etc. Really good documentary.

I have watched this documentary twice and I find the perspective of a father, son, and grandson who are all photographers, and their different styles. Maurice`s still photography is an absolutely fascinating insight into a particular era of industry and heavy engineering. My father`s trade and other skilled workforce were in fact very talented people which has disappeared, and these photographs exhibit these times of industrial machinery and the people who made it all happen. Well done Nick.

I have been following Jay on his TV appearances, and it is obvious how much he loves his work and people. This show is very touching, in that people nominate unsung heroes and make fine pieces one off carpentry wonders as a "thank you" for the hard work they do for communities.

Always tuned into 24hrs in Police Custody ... compelling, intriguing. It is good to see Police Work done at its best. This is one of the reality shows I will watch.

The plot thickens ... secrets ... light humour ...dealing with bereavement ... I like the cast, some established actors, actresses and new blood. I personally like it as it has intrigue.

Absolutely marvellous ... dad and son`s relationship brilliant. I think Bradley is brave doing all the scary height adventures, and the humour and love between them is fab.
