This show has sabotaged every animal care station there is. I have yet to turn on 1 of 4 animal networks anytime of day and not see this egotistical animal lover promote herself as the “only” hope for wildlife. What bloody nonsense! There are 50 million people devoted to animal care, and these days it seems this is where the money is! As a charity, I wouldn’t give this particular operation one cent of support and why? The money they spend on unending hours of tv air time has to be sinfully astronomical, and all that ego serving domination of the airwaves paid for by donations is a total turnoff. If this operation focused half its effort on the actual betterment of animal care and not self promotion, maybe a lot more animals would be helped. No man is an island: the animal kingdom is not doomed if hope for wildlife is not so in your face all the time! I am actually cancelling my subscription to True Nature for this very reason. I didn’t purchase True Nature, BBC Earth, Animal Planet or National Geographic to unceasingly hear nothing but the same constantly repeated programming and nothing but! STOP HOGGING THE AIRWAYS! Give someone else a chance to promote animal rescue and get equal credit for their efforts. Hope for wildlife is “not” the be all and end all in animal rescue! It is sad if the animal world can only count on 1 person for help!
