Great show so far. I like how they go in depth with some issues and challenges that the actual space force will probably face. It's a good mix of funny and interesting with a good cast. Not sure why people expect everything Steve Carell is in to be just like the Office. The office is basically boredom on camera with the occasional awkward funny bit to make it tolerable. That being said, there is plenty of the ultra cringe moments he's famous for. You tend to notice that they seem to be thrown in to please the Office fans though. Can't wait for season 2 personally

Watch the first couple seasons for entertainment but don't expect it to go anywhere. After that it just drolls on in a depressing way and becomes way more of a drama than anything. Seems like they went for the "GoT" stategy of kill off main charachters for shock value and it dosen't work with this show. Has to go down as a series with a ton of potential that got ruined by its own popularity or bad writers or both. The first 2 seasons are great though.
