Very enjoyable movie. Great songs too.

This is a film I saw at 12 years age. Now at 80, I still remember most of it. And I appreciate it as a beautiful movie. Barbara Stanwick stands out as an epitome of courage and devotion to her family. I tried to inculcate same feelings in my three daughters and they responded enthusiastically.

The hero, Rishi , though he is educated n the MD of a college, is a spineless, purely selfish n thoughtless person. He has no sympathy for the helpless Vasudhara. He doesn't deserve anyone's respect. My heart goes out to her.
