Simply outstanding...A must read book for all ,who want to know about the birth and evolution of modern socialist thought.I had read the book in my college days,around thirtyfive years back. I borrowed different volumes from the British Council Library, Kolkata.It is from this book ,that I came to know about Flora Tristan, her struggle , be it of her personal life or of the greater social arena.It all overwhelmed me. This is just the tip of the iceberg. The book itself, is a treasure for the interested readers
