I’m an avid Wes Anderson film fan, visually fun but it missed its mark story was all over the place it seemed like the film had trouble finding itself. The film tried to be too nuanced and edgy and didn’t focus on basic story telling such as The Royal Tenenbaums Fantastic Mr Fox or Darjeeling Limited… I did appreciate the acting efforts but it wasn’t enough. Again visually creative set design… But clumsy…
