I wasn't a Ranjith fan at all. What I appreciated the most was Shri Mohanlal's simple and homely style of hosting the show. But I'm sure the Saturday show hurt not just me but any human being who happened to see it. Rajith was too childish or may be even out of his brains when he rubbed a little bit of green chilly near Reshma's eyes. But the Saturday episode displayed utmost heights of cruelty anyone could undergo as punishment for a mischief of that kind. A person, a public figure apologizing, if not asked to apologize as it even looked so, to the girl, her father, her mother, the house members, the crew, the host and to anyone associated including his fans and all viewers all in front of millions of viewers. Finally his apology is brutally turned down by her saying she would only take the apology for name sake and he is insulted by the girl so young to him by saying at his face she didn't want him to come in. The host Shri Mohanlal was also cruelly sarcastic in his tone towards him, when questioning him, asking him about his qualification etc. and in his body language while showing him his way out. All these in front of millions of viewers! Did he deserve to be punished this much..!! Such a shame! I suggest that if what I feel could be considered a fact and representative to the emotions of majority of the viewers, host Shri. Mohanlal himself should take the initiative to apologize publicly through Bigboss itself for the extents to which this inhumane public punishment of insult and ridiculing was taken against a human being as it was the host himself who opened all the avenues possible for dragging him through. What a shame!!!
