Boi Wolf

I loved this show. The combination of anime and a romantic comedy ticked me off at first, but when I gave it a chance, I loved it. The writers mix comedy with drama, especially in the last few episodes. The character designs are mediocre at best, excluding the two main characters. Ami is supposed to be a supermodel, but I can’t tell due to her lackluster character design. At times, a few of the characters feel like aliens learning how human emotions work, such as the scene where Minori Kushieda, “shot down” Ryuji Takasu, but a few episodes later, Minori yells, “...I’m in love with Ryuji!” In the end, the show is still awesome. The English dub captures the same feeling as the subtitled version and the 3 genres of the show go very well together. If the show had a different writer, I’m sure it would’ve been pitiful.
