When I first saw this as a child, I remember thinking "this is it. this is the movie I've been waiting for". From the magical moment when the house floats up into the air, to it's climactic ending with plot twists and surprises, this was a truly magical journey. I gotta say the monsters almost looked so real that when I saw them I pooped my pants. I mean this was the start of a new age of movies. The whole plot twist with the French explorer secretly being evil was fantastic, and I loved how they used Jackie Chan in this movie. Just incredible. I'd say Guto is my favorite character because he just so cute, curious, kind, and the kind of kid everyone wants to be around. If you are looking for a great movie to watch with your family, this is it. At the end of the day, this is one of the greatest movies of all time and will remain a classic. Thank you creators for creating this master piece. amen.
