I like Marketplace and I can appreciate the importance that is being placed on individual and concerns they are experiencing. I want to talk about car dealers that are charging consumers for repairs not needed and that have already been done. Endras BMW have charged me $3500 for repairs to my vehicle that was already completed less than 2 months prior. They have the technology to diagnosed any situation or problems with their own vehicle, so why would they have to complete repairs not recommended by their diagnostics but rather a fishing expedition to charge customers for what is not needed. Then they encourage you to get rid of car so they can sell you another one. I am so done with BMW dealerships, Endras BMW in particular.
