This is definitely one of my favorite disaster movies of all time.
Normally I care more for the disaster/destruction sequences that take place, and I'm not usually fond of the generic family drama that happens in them, but this movie really had me invested in the characters and the feeling of desperation they had both together and separated, knowing the world was going to end in a couple of days and they had this time to get to safety.
That isn't to say I wish there weren't more destruction scenes because for the disaster scale we're dealing with, there should have been at least one or two more large-scale impact sequences since the only big ones we're given are the Tampa impact (as seen in the trailer) and the actual main impact at the end, and then smaller ones here and there.
For what it is though, Greenland is definitely one of the best modern disaster movies out there. I wish I could have watched it in theaters for the experience, but oh well.
