Manas Mukherjee

A heart wrenching love story set im the era of the sikh riots. The director flawlessly draws a similarity of the political dirt that existed during that era and the present. One thing I like about the series is that the director doesn't sway away from the original content and the love story is mostly is seen as a background. Great acting from all the cast. A must watch.

The first half is slow but the story picks up pace in the second half, sarcasm overloaded and the courtroom battle between yami and sahid is the main attraction of the film. Script could have been tighter but at the end of the day a good message. 3.5 stars from me
