The high school in our district teaches a financial management course. Sadly, the teacher was not taught. My boys knew more than her. I subbed in that class one time and 1st thing I asked is, "When is it good to have a high interest rate, and when is a high interest rate a negative?" Not a single one knew the answer. So sad.
