An amazing look into the life of a sommelier. The story is bold and true with quite a witty tone. As a sommelier myself, I related in many ways. As a sommelier who did not pursue the life of the floor, it was something worth reading. Bianca does an incredible job taking you on the floor, sharing with you the ups and the downs this rollercoaster of a career path brings. She truly shares the store of passion for the arts...of wine and spirits of course!
