The series is so gripping enthralling and like an adrenaline shot that you can't seem to take your eyes of it. The Central character Uthred played by Alexander Dreymon is so captivating and immersed in his role and the emotions and physical range he brings out gets you completely invested in him and his quest for freedom and his thirst for his own identity. The way he fights for and against King Alfred another fantastically etched character that you're drawn more and to the story line to find out what happens between the saxons and the Danes. Dont want to say much and story line, definitely a worth watch and interest story lesson on the birth of the Land of British.

This is one of the best Indian shows I have seen in a really long time. In the era of Netflix, Amazon Prime Hotstar and the works content is the king. This show ranks right up there with its story screenplay editing direction cinematography and acting. The reality of it with real live locations and the casting of characters and the way it portrayed was just immaculate. I usually watch only Netflix or Amazon prime and very few Indian shows as they are not very high on storytelling or content, but was pleasantly taken away with this. It's definitely a watch and a repeat. There should be more reasons to come. Well done guys.
