This is one of the most incredibly surprising experiences of my gaming life. I am a AAA title gamer and I played this YESTERDAY for the FIRST time and I would place this in my pool of AAA games. 6 years old doesn’t justify what this game delivers in 2021. It doesn’t make sense to me. It’s one of the best looking, and feeling games of the decade. Despite the vehicle mechanics being a tad difficult to get used to, Mad Max is a hidden gem indeed. The story is intense and engaging, the World begs to be discovered despite its obvious emptiness. It’s beautifully done. Repetition is this games biggest downfall and yet it’s the reason I want to keep playing. Underrated is an understatement. It’s a shame this game wasn’t shoved in my face when it was released.
