If you’re expecting the Simpsons or Futurama, it’s not here. This is its own show and not for a hardcore fan of either of those series I feel. But as it’s own show? I thought it was funny and even rewatched it a couple times! Maybe it’s kinda niche? If you’re someone who loves some cheesiness and also anything fantasy adventure genre related, this is very up your alley. My only complaints is the hellfire that is Elfo and his entire backstory and character purpose that is not only uninteresting but a pain to watch. I feel like this show also picks up a loooot more in the second half. I think the little plot twists and villains they added to the end make you genuinely eager and want to know what’s next and where they’re gonna take the world building. This show is super charming! If you like D&D, some playful characters and a little corn, I’d give it a shot. Looking forward to the next season!
