I have always associated this Cd as a musical soundtrack of a science fiction/speculative fiction book titled "Expedition" with the subtitle "Being an Account in Words and Artwork of the 2358 A.D. Voyage to Darwin IV" by Wayne Douglas Barlowe.
For me it, the music felt like it belonged as part of a nature program. In my mind's eye, each track represented a specific part of the book.
