In Islam, the story is that one of the disciples of the Prophet Jesus, son of Mary, told us Ibn Hamid, he said, Yaqoub Al-Qummi told us, on the authority of Harun bin Antara, on the authority of Wahb bin Munabbih, who said: Jesus was brought with seventeen of the disciples in a house, and they surrounded them. When they entered upon them, God made them all appear in the image of Jesus, and they said to them: You have bewitched us! Show us Jesus or we will kill you all! Jesus said to his companions: Who among you will buy his soul today for Paradise? One of them said: Me! So he went out to them and said: I am Jesus, and God formed him in the image of Jesus, so they took him, killed him, and crucified him. Then it was made similar to them, and they thought that they had killed Jesus, and the Christians thought like that that he was Jesus, and God raised Jesus from that day.

In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful..
And because of their disbelief and their saying against Mary a great slander (156) and their saying, “Indeed, We killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the Messenger of God.” They did not kill him, nor did they crucify him But it was made to appear to them. And indeed, those who differed concerning it were in doubt about it. They had no knowledge of it except the following of suspicion. And they did not kill him with certainty. (157) Rather God raised him to him ۚ And God was a dear wise (158), and among the people of the book is only to believe in it before the death of it. Who are those who have forbidden us with good things that were resolved for them and their shock from the path of God a lot (160) and take them and take them. And We have prepared for the disbelievers among them a painful punishment (161).
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
