They tricked everyone into thinking it is a wholesome family movie with Mohanlal and Sobhana. In reality this is a cliche Mohanlal fan service movie. If the slow motion sequences are sped up, the movie will last only 30 minutues. Sobhana's character had no importance at all in the movie. Just Save your time and money if you are not a hard-core Mohanlal fan.

As a person from Kothamangalm, the film was a quote disappointing. The film started off pretty decent and quickly got disconnected from reality about half way through. Most disappointing things is that here are so many excellent actors who starred in this movie.

പ്രതീക്ഷയുടെ അമിതഭാരം കാരണം ആണെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു, എന്നെ പടം അത്ര തൃപ്തിപ്പെടുത്തിയില്ല. അഭിനേതാക്കളുടെ പ്രകടനം (ജ്യോതിർമയിയുടെ പ്രത്യേകിച്ച്), സിനിമാറ്റോഗ്രാഫി, സിനിമയുടെ കളർ ഗ്രേഡിംഗ് എന്നിവ മികച്ചതായിരുന്നു. *** SPOILERS AHEAD*** സിനിമയുടെ പല ട്വിസ്റ്റുകളും പ്രേഡിക്ടബിൾ ആയിരുന്നു. സിനിമ തുടങ്ങി ആദ്യ സീൻ തന്നെ ഇതിലെ റീത്തുവിൻ്റെ കുട്ടികൾ റിയൽ എല്ല എന്ന് ആളുകൾക്ക് സംശയം തോന്നുന്ന രീതിയിൽ ആണ്. വില്ലനെ റിവീൽ ചെയ്യുന്ന രീതിയാണ് അടുത്ത തമാശയായി തോന്നിയത് വില്ലൻ സ്ലോ മോഷനിൽ കാറിൽ വന്നിറങ്ങി സ്റ്റൈലിൽ നടന്നു പോകുന്നത് കാണിച്ചുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഇതിൽ വില്ലനേ റിവീൽ ചെയ്യുന്നത്! അതിനുമുമ്പും ആളുകൾക്ക് സംശയം തോന്നിപ്പിക്കുന്ന വിധത്തിൽ പല ക്ലൂകൾ ഇട്ടുകൊടുക്കാനും സംവിധായകൻ മറന്നില്ല (ഉദാ: ഫോണിൽ നിന്ന് ഫയലുകൾ ഡിലീറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്ന സീനുകൾ, കാർ സർവീസിങ്ങിന് കൊടുത്തിട്ട് നുണ പറയുന്ന സീൻ, ബെഡിന്റെ അടിയിൽ നിന്ന് നോട്ടുകൾ എടുത്ത് മാറ്റുന്ന സീൻ). അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ കണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് യാതൊരു ഞെട്ടലും ഉണ്ടായില്ല. എന്നാൽ ഇതേ സമയം ഇതിലെ മൂന്ന് മിസ്സിംഗ് കേസ്, റോയിയുടെ മുത്തശ്ശനോടുള്ള ഒബ്സെഷൻ എന്നിവയൊന്നും സിനിമയിൽ കാര്യമായി എക്സ്പ്ലോർ ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല. ഇതിലെ ഫഹദിന്റെ കഥാപാത്രം കൊണ്ട് കുറച്ച് കൺഫ്യൂഷൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കുക എന്ന് ഒഴിച്ചാൽ യാതൊരു പ്രയോജനവുമില്ല എന്ന് തോന്നി. സ്ഥിരം ക്ലീഷേ 'കണ്ണിൽ ചോരയില്ലാത്ത' സംസാരിക്കുന്ന രണ്ടു പോലീസ് കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളാണ് ഈ സിനിമയിൽ ആകെ കാണിക്കുന്നത്.

സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയയിലെ ഹൈപ് കാരണം ബുക്ക് ചെയ്യാൻ പോയതായിരുന്നു. അവസാന നിമിഷം പോയി നുണക്കുഴി കണ്ട്. ഇപ്പൊ OTT ഇൽ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ ആയ തീരുമാനം നന്നായി എന്ന് തോന്നി. സ്ഥിരം കണ്ട് മടുത്ത ക്ലീഷെ backbencher heroes vs padippist വില്ലൻ ടൈപ്പ് മൂവി ആണ് ഇത്. കുറച്ചു youtubers നേ വെച്ച് പ്രമോഷൻ ചെയ്തതുകൊണ്ട് മാത്രം ആണ് ഈ സിനിമ ഇത്രയും ഓടിയത്. പിന്നെ ഉഴപ്പുന്നതും, മദ്യപിക്കുന്നതും, തല്ലുണ്ടാക്കുന്നതും, പെൺകുട്ടികളുടെ പുറകെ ഒലിപ്പിച്ചു നടക്കുന്നതും ഒക്കെ മാസ്സ് ആണെന്ന് കരുതുന്ന കുട്ടികൾക്കും ഇത് ഇഷ്ടമായി കാണണം.

ഹൃദയം എനിക്ക് ഒട്ടും ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടാതെ പോയ ഒരു സിനിമ ആയിരുന്നു. ഹൃദയം വളരെ cringe ആയി തോന്നി എന്ന് ധ്യാൻ ഒരു ഇൻ്റർവ്യൂവിൽ പറഞ്ഞു കേട്ടിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ cringe ഇൻ്റെ കാര്യത്തിൽ ഇത് ഹൃദയത്തെയും കടത്തിവെട്ടും. സിനിമ തുടങ്ങിയത് തന്നെ ഒരു അനാവശ്യ സീനോട് കൂടി ആണ്. കുറെ അധികം സീനുകൾ/കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളെ ഒഴിവാക്കാമായിരുന്നു. കല്യാണി ചെയ്ത കഥാപാത്രം, നീരജ് ചെയ്ത പ്രൊഡ്യൂസർ, നായികയോട് മോശമായി പെരുമാറുന്ന തമിഴ് നായക കഥാപാത്രം etc. നിവിൻ്റെ കഥാപാത്രം കേട്ടത് പോലെ ആയിരുന്നില്ല. പല സമയത്തും ഇത് ഇത്തിരി ഓവർ അല്ലെ എന്ന് തോന്നി. Nivin pauly talking about Nepotism in a movie involving Vineeth, Dhyan, Pranav and Kalyani was actually hilarious. കല്യാണിയും, പ്രണവും പ്രായമായ ആളുകളായി അഭിനയിക്കാൻ കഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നതായി തോന്നി. പ്രണവ് പല സ്ഥലത്തും സ്വകാര്യം പറയുന്നത് പോലെ ആണ് ഡയലോഗ് പറയുന്നത്. അവരുടെ മേക്കപ്പ് വളെ മോശം ആയിരുന്നു. വിനീത് ഫീൽഗുഡ് എന്ന പേരിൽ ഇതുപോലെ cringe പടങ്ങൾ ചെയുന്നത് നിർത്തണം. Home, കുമ്പളങ്ങി നൈറ്റ്സ് ഒക്കെ പോലെ ഉള്ള പടങ്ങളെ 'feel good' എന്ന് വിളിക്കാൻ ആണ് എനിക്കിഷ്ടം.

They've made a lot of changes here that'll make fans very mad. But I enjoyed the first season very much. I'd rather see some creative changes than just a live action translation of the original show. The CGI was convincing enough for a Netflix show and the performance of actors, costumes and make-up was quite good. Only issue i had is with motivational speech - some of the conversations being repetitive, pointless and boring.

കുറേ നാളായി ഇതുപോലെ ചിരിച്ചിട്ട്. കാസ്റ്റിംഗ് തുടങ്ങി flute മിക്സ് ചെയ്തുള്ള BGM പിന്നെ സിനിയുടെ എഡിറ്റിംഗ് വരെ വളരെ മികച്ചതായിരുന്നു.

It starts off strong in first few episodes and then turns in to a family drama with some monsters in it. Anything other than the flashback scenes is quite boring tbh.

Sunny Wayne's acting was HORRIBLE. Some parts of the climax scene were so similar to that of final destination movie but It is still a fresh concept. So, I give that credit to the film. Some of the CGI were done so bad; some were good. (But as expected from Malayalam movies. For some reason they cheap out on CGI all the time) They left many things unexplained in the movie which is a bad thing to do. ******************SPOILERS AHEAD!!!! ************************************* For example, they find out that cutting mobile signals can get rid of the ghost. But in many scenes, ghost is seen moving objects around, messing with electricity. making fan explode...etc. for which they don't have any explanation. It's like they have not set a clear idea on what the ghost is capable of doing or what it is not.
