BEWARE OF THIS COMPANIES BILLING PRACTICES
Once paid for, you will not get your money back!
I did not realize it would automatically renew and completely forgot. When the charge went through ($77.99), I attempted to get a refund but the company refused, stating it was outside of the 24hr window.
Even though we are not using this subscription. Even though they can see clearly that no login has occurred for an entire year.
Ultimately- very very disappointed that they are unwilling to provide a better level of customer service.
