My husband and I have played WOW for almost 20 years. We had a problem with his Authenticator and I thought it was over and we would not ever get anyone to help but I was so wrong. Not only did they get everything to verify his account but he was beyond nice and respectful and thanking him for being a long time veteran to the game. We got it all fixed and we are questing again. You Rock Blizzard!!!!!!!!!
