I think it is taking a serious subject and make it a comedy in helpful and clean way. In world where everyone is offended- it's good to have clean, innocent humor with no or little sexual content. So far - will keep watching when you have a major medical incident in your life, humor is so important to have and maybe it can help us and everyone else smile a little bit more. It is so important to have good examples of doing huge and major good deeds for people and being kind in this world for little or no reasons except for maybe being a good person. :)
