I'm kicking myself for having The Expanse on my "watch it one day" list WAY too long. It's engrossing.
The fine details of life in space, the nuts and bolts of space travel, the backstabbing politics and pain (literal pain, high g burn can hurt !) are consistently included in the developing plots. So many plots...
Some of the acting in the early episodes struck me as a little clunky, but all is forgiven because they got so much more RIGHT. Gravity, (well almost right gravity) horizons, stepping onto a planet for the very first time. The sheer scale. And then there's Bobby. And Amos. And Avasarala. Hats off to the makers. How I wish there was more of this calibre.
