A show for people who watched the Wondows Media Player visualizers as a kid and always wished the experience was 3D. Don't get me wrong, the 3D effects are pretty cool, and there are a few moments that trick your brain into feeling like you're moving. However, the lack of variety in the visuals was mildly disappointing. I found myself unable to be fully immersed in the experience as the imagery was not that engaging. Perhaps, that's a skill issue on my part, but I would have liked something more cohesive or something that felt more worth the ticket price since I couldn't stop thinking about how I was basically just watching a visualizer which I could watch on my computer for free. Additionally, it doesn't work well as a relaxing experience since the seats in the planetarium weren't very comfortable. As they couldn't recline back, I spent the whole craning my neck to see the screen or else I'd get a full view of the wall and break what little immersion I could get.
Also the music is fine. It's just standard meditation music, nothing special.
Lastly, the website says the check in period is 30 minutes before the show, but when I arrived I was told that general tickets couldn't be seated until 5 minutes before and VIP was 10 minutes before so I had to stand around and wait for a half hour. The website should be more clear about this especially since the show is only about 45 minutes.
I won't tell anyone not to go, but I hope this review gives folks more realistic expectations.
