This little book has been very helpful to me as I read through the Bible. I've always had trouble with the repetition and application in Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. The only criticism I have, is the constant tag line of "...He's where the joy is." That gets rather annoying. I am also not a fan of the author using slang such as 'his kids' or 'Abe's dad' in reference to Abraham in particular. She also seems to think every angel is Jesus. But, overall, I would still rate this a 5 star. I can overlook what I disagree with, as it is personal preference and there is still so much to absorb from the authors reflections.
