I never write reviews which is ironic because I am obsessed with checking reviews. After watching this, I then went and checked the reviews which I normally do before watching. I expected it to be very good reviews even for a” horror “ movie. I now feel compelled to leave a review because this film is NOT getting the credit it deserves. It takes you on a journey in story and in time! One of the few horror movies I’ve seen with actual substance, a point, and a good back story. And the cinematography is so good! Feels like it’s actually from the 80s. Great soundtrack and lots of fun cameos! Watch it!! I’m not really into super “artsy” films but this one is artsy in a great way! Also, I love that it’s eluding to all the messed up stuff in HW.
