Awful writing, considered the amount of quality original material, is honestly near unforgivable. Even in the context of their own lore lots of stuff just doesn't make sense. The writers, producers, and directors should be ashamed.
Only reason not 1 star is that there are some really great actors here, they are just horribly cast. Exceptions are Nynaeve, Lan, Matrim, and Padan. The rest are mediocres at best.
